Specialised in organising top of the range receptions, varying between 30 to 3000 guests, Renaud Traiteur caters to your every need, in any venue of your choice within a 300km radius of Le Mans (Pays de la Loire, Normandie, Centre, Ile de France, Paris…).
Our permanent team, made up of 25 professionals (and extras) will contribute to making your event a success. Renaud Traiteur sees to everything: food, services, drinks, table decorations, everything from cleaning up to flower arrangements.
In order to help you choose your menu, we offer a tasting session, available upon request.
We do our utmost to ensure that our food is made from fresh, local or regional products as much as possible. Our specialities include: Beechwood-Smoked Salmon and Macaroons made from Foie Gras with Figs, both equally certain to delight your guests.
Our 1500 m² catering site has been approved by the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of the Population under No. 72.155.001. Random checks are regularly carried out on our food by an independent testing laboratory. Sophie PASTOUREAU, our health and safety supervisor, also ensures that we comply with HACCP standards.

Patrick spent 10 years working in restaurants and highly esteemed hospitality establishments, and has now gained 20 years of experience in catering, organising luxury receptions.
Didier has spent time working in a gourmet restaurant, 1* in the Michelin Guide, followed by 10 years of experience in catering, organising luxury receptions.
In 1990, Jean-Noël Renaud created the company Prestalim’s, whose mission was to provide a institutional catering. This would later lead to the creation of Renaud Traiteur.
In order to help with the launching of the company, the catering services were offered at weekends. Due to its success, these weekend services became official in 1994, with the creation of Renaud Traiteur, and the recruitment of a team of professionals, all specialised in organising receptions.
1990 : creation of the society PRESTALIM’S by Jean-Noël RENAUD, his wife and Yvan PRIEUR.
1994 : creation of RENAUD TRAITEUR.
2005 : RENAUD TRAITEUR becomes part of “Traiteurs de France”
2008 : extension of 600 m² food production kitchen and the creation of patisserie kitchen.
2009 : RENAUD TRAITEUR receives certificate “Qualitraiteur” granted by Bureau Veritas.
2013 : Certificate “Qualitraiteur” renewed by Bureau Veritas.
